WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

 

Every STYLIST piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

If, however, your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.


Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us before the 14-day period expires.

Returned products must be shipped within 14 days after notifying us of your decision.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • be unworn and unused;
  • be in their original condition;
  • include all original tags and packaging;
  • show no signs of wear, washing, alteration or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted for:

  • products damaged after delivery through misuse;
  • items altered after purchase;
  • products excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days before the refunded amount appears in your account.

Original shipping costs are refunded only where required under applicable law.


Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as STYLIST cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you require another size or colour, please return your original purchase and place a new order.


Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 5 business days after they have been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary during periods of exceptionally high demand.


European Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law.
