Every STYLIST order is carefully prepared and inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During product launches, promotional periods or public holidays, processing times may be extended.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Destinations

STYLIST currently ships to selected countries within the European Union and internationally.

Available shipping destinations are displayed during checkout.

If your country is unavailable, please contact our Client Services team before placing your order.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Unexpected delays caused by customs, weather conditions or local courier services are beyond our control.


Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, all applicable taxes are included where required.

For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or additional fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.


Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after shipment.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact our Client Services team.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible after the expected delivery date.
